We went there to get my wife's wedding rings cleaned and inspected. They're extremely friendly, great customer service, an excellent selection of jewelry, and they are not pushy at all.

Without a doubt when I die and if I go to hell my version will be trying to pay a bill with a credit card online or over the phone for Kay's. I literally would rather turn my face inside out than go through that again. It should never be that hard to have someone take my money. Now they have decided to split the accounts between two banks(good luck figuring out which one). They refuse to give account numbers over the phone even after giving security answers to questions only I know. Spent a good 2 hours being bounced around between one place to another. I have never in my entire life had such a difficult time paying a bill. My favorite part to all this because I work full time and a lot of hours and cannot make it to a free standing store I have the pleasure of paying a late fee on top because I couldn't pay online or over the phone until five days after the bill was due. Thanks so much Kays! Not even the pleasure of a reach around.
Went to exchange a necklace i got for Christmas for a ring. This was my first time buying a ring from a jewelry store and all the staff there where totally sweet and helpful. I will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you all for the help and guidance.
