Bought my truck here, I get all my service done here too. The staff is great and friendly. The service is easy to schedule, I usually drop my truck and keys off the night before and pick it up the next day at the end of the day. They always seem to do a great job, and the truck is always ready to go for me to pick up even after they close.
My Salesman, John Karliak, was a breeze to work with. He made the whole process super easy. I was able to make a deposit over the phone, come in, and drive away in my new car while spending less than two hours in the building. Fantastic!
I went back again to Hurlbert Toyota with an issue that was very important. The Service dept was great. The technician Todd was fantastic. This place is the only Toyota dealership to go to. 6 stars. Very professional, and they put the customers needs first. Thank You !
I have purchased 2 preowned cars from Hurlbert Toyota. Both cars the transmission went in less than a week. The first time they were very helpful, had another transmission put in. Even gave me a rental for the month my car was getting fixed. Since they did make it right the first time we went back. What a horror show that was. The second car that was purchased there was a big mistake. The transmission went out in this car as well in just 5 days. The salesman told us verbally that there was a 30 day warranty. We will only by used with a 30 day warranty. We never even saw a buyers guide. Took 5 days of arguing to see who was going to pay. They did end up sending it to a Nissan dealership. That was only because I put it on a social town page. I had many similar stories. The car took 2 weeks to fix and would not give us a loaner car. Very expensive 2 weeks. What are the odds of purchasing 2 cars from the same dealership with 2 failed transmissions? I did call the owner but he never called me back. Thanks to the Nissan dealership that put a new transmission in and gave a 1 year warranty. I lost all faith with Hurlbert.

Horrible experience at this dealer. Took my mother to Hurlbert and leased a car with agreed upon options. When she went to pick it up up a week later, many of the agreed upon options were not on the car. Owner of dealer refused to make good even with documentation in hand identifying options and gave us the name and number of his lawyer. I guess this is how Hurlbert Toyota treats senior citizens and we will have to accept it and move on or waste time in court.
